We would be pleased to answer any questions and to meet with you. Our portfolios explain the project, show examples of houses that could take particular advantage of each of the varied sites, it demonstrates design principles, style comparisons between architects and why some plans are accepted and others rejected. Many of the ideas shown will be interesting wherever you decide to build. Available at our meetings are pocket folders with a variety of handouts. For each lot the page 6 spread sheet shows acreage, cost, characteristics and status, (available, Spec., hold, sold or resale), sold lots also give the architect and builder of the existing home. There are tables of tax comparisons to other areas, some have double the tax rate, the Attorney General filing with deed restrictions and Homeowner Association structure and engineering maps of any site you wish to consider. Copies can be made of pictures that interest you, books and tapes are also available. We do not involve other brokers except for resales. Meetings are by appointment only, usually at 36 Shaker Bay Road (shown below).
