The Third Phase

Through the experience and resources gained in the first part of the project the third and last phase (the Takken Kill area) promises to be the most professional. The home for lot 8 is being designed for the developer by Architect Thomas Frost. The road and utilities have been contracted and completion is expected by the end of August 2008. Designs and lot holds are under consideration and Fall construction is possible for designs completed by that time.
